Mail Merge in Word docs stopped working

I have several Word documents with Mail Merge fields (First, Last, Company,
etc) that used to work pretty well.
All of the sudden, Fields other that "First" disapperared and when tring to
do the mail merge, the other fields appear blocked with the message "Error!
MergeField was not found in header record of data source".
When I try "Select Recipients" or "Edit Recipient List" from the Word Menu,
I notice the only column there is is the First Name field.
I reloaded Office hoping to solve the problem, but nothing happend. I have
Windows Vista and Office 2007 in my computer.
Can anyone offer some advice?
