mail merge in Word

Hi Jeff,

A little more information please. :)

What version of Office are you using? How are you starting the merge?
From Word? From Outlook? Do you have a main document for the merge and
are trying to perform the merge or are you attempting to set up your
main document and use Outlook as your data source?
