Mail Merge is Gone

Mail merge option has disappered form my tools menu.
A year ago a microsoft technician was able to fix this
excat issue but as microsoft 98 products are reaching the
end of the product lifecycle and no longer has free
support I would like some help.

Hi

Try Tools>Customize.

Select MENU and click RESET.

This should fix things.
