Hi Friends, I have a question and wondering if anybody out there can
help. I have a mail merge function from MS Access to MS word where i am
dumping a result of a query into a temp table and then doing the mail
merge with that temp table. When i do the merge it dumps each record in
MS word. There are 12 fields in my temp table so for each record these
12 fields gets repeated in MS word, what i really want is out of those
12 fields 3 of them should not repeat and just appear only once in the
word document. So i guess i have to know how to write a Macro in Ms
word which i really do not. The fields that i want to appear only once
are, SYS_NME, BEGIN_DATE, END_DATE. Rest of the fields should repeat
for each record.
I have a word document and i have done everything that needs to be done
for mail merging.
So my word doucment has a data source with all the fields for table
temp.
If anybody have dealt with this kind of issue before or know how would
i go about doing it, please do let me know.
Your response would be greatly appreciated.
