mail merge labels

Patty

Just made a merge of 300+ names from Excel for mailing
labels. One page shows, only one page prints, how do I
see the other 10 pages and how do I get them to print?
Please help!!!!

Hi Patty,

It sounds like you did not actually execute the merge.

Execute the merge either to a new document or to the printer.

Please post any further questions or followup to the newsgroups for the
benefit of others who may be interested. Unsolicited questions forwarded
directly to me will only be answered on a paid consulting basis.

Hope this helps

You have created a merge source document and linked the merge data, so all
the records are present and viewable, but as Doug has already said, you must
complete the merge to new document or printer. All you are doing is showing
the subset that will fit on the viewable page of the merge source document.

Graham, I can't get to your URL. It would have been
helpful if someone had explained how to save the merge to
a new document...show mail merge codes and there is icon
to save to new document which will include all pages, all
300+ records.
