Mail Merge not available

I upgraded from MS Works to Office 2000 Small Bus Edition.
After the upgrade, the Mail Merge command is grayed out
and no longer available. I have tried uninstalling Office
2000 and all Works components and reinstalled Office 2000,
but the result is the same. It appears to be the Works
version of Word, as it askes me to agree to EULA when I
first start Word up. Please help. We need the Mail Merge
function.

Go into Control Panel and remove the Works version - you may need to
uninstall Works completely. Then run Detect and Repair for Microsoft
Office.
