Hi i have followed the step by step mail merge in access n word and i have
created a command button which has a hyperlink address as the saved mail
merge document but i want the record in that form which is being currently
viewed to be the details on the word mail merge but what i get instead is a
saved mail merge of one specific record and i am unable to choose the
recipient, the recipient which was initially saved when creating the mail
merge preview is the one displayed and this is no use to me if i need to mail
to a different recipient. thank you
