mail merge picture won't refresh automatically?

I have included photos (FirstnameLastname.jpg) in mail merge for ID cards
via

{ INCLUDEPICTURE "K:\\CSCS\\{ MERGEFIELD "Firstname" } {MERGEFIELD
"Lastname"}.jpg" }

thanks to grahams web page


I can refresh each picture manually by pressing F9, but the picture won't
refresh automatically?

If you had read the rest of the page you would see that it is necessary to
merge to a new document and update all of that document. CTRL+A then F9
