Publisher 2002, when I mail merge and print merge, I do
not get the same printer options selection to print my
booklet properly, however when I run "TEST" print one copy
it prints to the printer correctly. I do not have the
same print options as a mail merge in say MS Word 2002.
Have a 28 page newsletter in publisher
make my text box where I want the address
merge mailing list works great
pulls up my 672 mail receipiants correctly
click print
select my HP9000 laserjet.
My option are for set for "print on both sides
Booklet printing 11x17 (left Binding)
Fold/Saddle Stitch is checked
when I print it does not collate and staple each
individual record as one document. It would appear that
it is sending it to the printer as one print document and
never folds and staples the individual booklets for each
address record.
