Mail Merge Printing Problems

I can't seem to get my mail merge to take the first page from my
letterhead tray and the rest from another tray. The first record is
printed correctly, by the other ones don't. I've tried to split the
merge into sections, renumber pages and lines. Still not working. Any
suggestions?
