Mail merge problem word 2000

Usergroup,

I am trying to create an envelope from word>tools>envelopes and labels
using my address book in which I have made the home address the default
but all I get is the person's name. If I specify the delivery address
as the business address there is no problem. Is this a bug with
Word2000 or am I doing something stupid?
