Mail Merge problem

Hi,

I am having a problem with email merge. I know the steps, watched a
coworker successfully complete his, but mine fails.

I create the message, go to mail merge, follow the steps and hit "electronic
mail", enter the subject and then hit OK.

The status bar seems to indicate processing but the messages don't go into
either the outbox, the sent items or to the recipient. I get no errors, it
just doesn't work. The email addresses are all valid because they are all
mine.

I have Outlook 2003 and SBS 2003 (Exchange 2003).
