mail merge problem

R

Roger the Butcher

When printing labels from an Excel database using Word and a mail merge, not
all address labels are printed, even though "merge all records" was chosen.
It's as if the last 18 records do not exist, even though they are there in
the database, and appear if the database itself is printed out. Have tried
just merging the last 18 records, but again it's as if they do not exist as
far as the Word mail merge is concerned!

Are there any blank (hidden) rows in the data source?
