Mail Merge Queston

Dear Friends
I have a table contain 3 column many rows
i have reach to microsoft access to take data from (sorce data)
i insert the necessary fields from (Insert Merge Fields) and i take a copy
from this fields and paste it in all the table rows and column
Ok
what is my problem:
my problem is :
all cell contain the same value

what should i do
how to update this in every cell of the table to contain diffrent value
example
i have this field
Name Name name
addrress adresss address
telephone telephone telephone

and the source of the data is data base
i want every cell that contain (name - address - telephone ) contain
diffrent value from the previous one
again the cell one as above take row no 1
cell 2 take row no 2
cell 3 take row no 3
and so on
is this possible
i will give you notes
I want using mail merge as label i want to use word advanced table desgin
Print access record on label using mail merge

You need to insert a <<Next Record>> field before the first merge field in
all of the labels except for the first label on the sheet.
