Mail merge security with email in Outlook

Since installing a security update for Outlook I am having
trouble with a mail merge to email. An error message
apears warning of virus protection and the access of
Outlook contacts. When I click YES it is required to say
yes to each individual email. I do email blasts to many
people who have requested information and it takes a very
long time to generate the emails. Is there a way around
this??
