Mail Merge Skipping Records

When I try to do a mail merge, using an Excel data sheet,
my merge skips every 4th record. I have tried everything
to fix this problem and have not come up with a solution.
If anyone has ever had this problem and knows the answer
please let me know ASAP - this is driving me crazy!!
