Mail Merge to Drafts

George Wilson

I was trying to do a mail merge to Email sending an
attachment. I would also like to be able to edit the
emails before they are sent to put some text in the body
of the message along with the attachment. I cannot seem to
find a way to send these merged items to Drafts instead of
sending them right out to the server. Is there a way to do
this? I am using Word 2000 on Windows 2000.
TIA
George

This fix is great for sending multiple attachments but
does not give me an option to edit the email before
sending or dropping the email into the drafts folder so it
can be edited before sending.
Thanks anyways...

Hi George,

I'd say this depends on what program you're using to send the
email. I can set Outlook to only send Email when I explicitly
tell it to, for example.

I suggest you ask in a newsgroup for your email software what
the best approach would be.
