Mail Merge to E-Mail Using Word Document

When merging, I am receiving a prompt that says:
"Word found locked fields during the update. Word cannot
update locked fields."

I have not inserted any "merge fields" in my document.
The document contains general information within a table
layout in the 1-page document. A logo is also in one of
the rows in the table. But, I have NO merge fields in
the document as it is general information I am sending
out through Outlook.

Help?? THANKS FOR ANY ADVICE!!

There are fields other than merge fields. Your graphic might be an
IncludePicture field, for example.

Hi Kathy,
When merging, I am receiving a prompt that says:

See if Ctrl+A, Ctrl+Shift+F11 helps (should unlock any
locked fields in the document)
