Mail Merge to e-mail w/attachments

I have followed the instructions in the document entitled:
http://www.mvps.org/word/FAQs/MailMerge/MergeWithAttachment
s.htm and have created the merge with an e-mail to the
appropriate people.

I previously thought that only one of my files was being
attached but after further investigation I discovered that
all the files I designate are attached but there is only
an icon for 1 of the files.

If the receiver uses the options to view attachments or
save attachements all the files show up.

Does anyone know of a way to make all the icons (for all
the files attached) show up???

Hi Jason,

I think that is probably more of an Outlook question/problem than Word so I
suggest that you ask in one of the microsoft.public.outlook newsgroups.
