Mail Merge to E-Mail

I am using Windows 98 2nd Edition and Word 2000
Professional on 2 different machines. On my Dell when I
go to actually merge the documents in Word there is a drop
down giving me Merge To Options of Printer, New Document
and E-Mail. On my Gateway with the same configuration
there is no option for Merge to E-Mail. Can you please
help me? Why is that and what I can I do to correct the
situation. I desparately need to do a Broadcast E-Mail.
