Mail merge to Email (Entourage)

Microsoft Word has the ability to "Merge to Email" using the Data Merge
Manager.

Yes, I know that and use it frequently. But my problem is that I want to
specify a particular file as an attachment to be included with all the
outgoing messages from a given merge operation.

Any way to do that??

Hi again,

A quick way to solve the problem is to embed the attachment within the Word
document Not all file types will do this, but if you can it would surely be
the easiest way.

Otherwise I think you will need to do some fancy scripting using
AppleScript. Entourage's AppleScript dictionary allows you to control
attachments. I think you might need to Script the merge using AppleScript
rather than using Word's data merge manager in order to accomplish your
task.
