Unfortunately, merging to fax is a non-trivial exercise, especially on the
more recent versions of Word and Windows. If you are using Windows 2000,
it's probably worth looking at the following article to get the general

but feasibility and the details of how to do it will be different depending
on your version of Windows (and whether or not you have fax software
installed) and your version of Outlook (I'm assuming you are using the full
Outlook, not Outlook Express).
