Mail merge to multiple people but show as going to one

Can I send a word document through outlook 2003 to multiple recipients but
show each recipient as getting the only copy of that document?

ie: "Send To" button enter: Dan, Bob, Joe

Bob only sees Bob, Dan only sees Dan, etc...

If you merge to e-mail that is exactly what happens.
