Can't help you on that one
Distribution List in Outlook Contacts and select it when using Business
Contacts Mail Merge? According to the help screens, the answer is "No".
The help screens go on to state that one must manually select each desired
contact for a group e-mailing, which would require one to re-select each
desired contact in future e-mailings - a waste of time. Many people know
Within the mail-merge wizard, is is possible to save the contact data from a
selection into a file (I haven't tried this because I mainly use
single-contact merges to fill in offers and oder forms etc.). If your data
doesn't change very frequently, you should be able to reuse the list without
selecting each time. See the option "Contact data file" in the wizard.
