mail merge to word

I have a parameter query based on a form. Under circumstances an
application-form has to generated, but only for the active record.
My criteria refer to a unique idnumber in the form
(forms.Fact.ChoiceFactNr)For that I have a macro running the word doc
concerned and 'hoping' the data would be filled out on the word doc.
Unfortunatedly I got an error message "unable to open datasource"; I tried
all of the 3 link possibilities (OLE DB, DDE and ODBC) without any result.
The query works in access (gives 1 record as result), the merge works
perfectly as I delete my criteria.
Using Access2003 (with acc2000 format as db) and word2003.
Any suggestions?
