Mail Merge Toolbar

I have a project in VB6 accessing an SQL database.
I'm doing mailmerge and everything seems to work fine in my computer.
I'm using Word 2002 (Version 10.2627.2625).

When I use another word version happens the folowing:
- The word document opens
- The fields are there
- When I try to see the information, the MailMerge toolbar is disabled!!

Does anyone knows how can I fix this???
Please, is very urgent.
