Mail merge using access

Hi Guys,

Please help me!!

I am trying to start a mail merge where I have a form with 5 text boxes that
have peoples names and dates inthem and I am trying to merge them into
several word documents ina directory (J:Mailmerge\word1.doc, word2.doc,
word3.doc etc) How would I start to do this as I have never done this before
and I have sercherd the help to no avail!!

Please help me!!

Since you are posting your question in the programming forum, I'm assuming
you are looking to do this with code. In that case, the best approach is to
use Albert D. Kallal's Super Easy Word Merge. Take a look at the link
provide below and scroll down about mid way to the Super Easy Word Merge
section. It works like a charm!

Hi Daniel,

If I was to utilise my own form with the textboxes that contain the material
to be added to the main forms, I would just simply conduct a search in the
existuing code for the current form and chanmge it with my forms name??

I hope you understand what I am sayiong here?
