Mail Merge using forms and Access

Dee

I created a document in Word using both text field and drop down boxes.
When I merge the letter with the date in Access, the text field boxes go
away, but the drop down stay. Is there a way to keep the text field boxes

Formfields are not compatible with mailmerge.
