Mail merge with Excel

When I try to insert merge fields into my Word document, Word does not recognize my colum header names. It used tom, but all of a sudden it doesn't anymore.

1. Version of Word

2. What do you mean by "it doesn't recognize column header names"? Are you getting
an error message? If yes, what is it - EXACTLY?

3. Have you changed anything in your installation since it last worked? New
version of Word? Moved the sheet in the Excel workbook? Reconnected to the data
source?

4. Please give us an example of the column headers.
