Mail Merge with Multi values.

I have a letter mail merge that works very well with one record (order
details) per customer, but I would like to have many orders lines, dependent
on the data. The example below, the letter for customer 1 would only show 1
order, then the letter for customer 2, 2, and customer 3, 1, and customer 4,
there would be 3 order lines.

The data source is an access database.

Eg. Customer Order Number
1 1312
2 3232
2 4352
3 532
4 6432
4 6423
4 7234

Any assistance in this would greatly be appreciated.

Thanks.

Hi fb0gris1091,

If you're still stuck, have a look at Microsoft QB211303or Q294686.
It gives examples with explanations.
If you're still stuck, mail me and I'll sort some sample documents for you.

Regards
Paul

I just did this and it works great. However, the new documents do not have a great naming convention. Is there a way to have the macro use selective text to use as the name (ie. text after the 3rd carriage return until the 4th carriage return)?d
