Mail merge with multiple records

When creating a form letter from a data source with
multiple fields that are not the same length, is there a
way to tell Word to create multiple "letters" on one page
if the data record is short and then create an entire page
letter if the data is long?

No, I don't know of any way one could do this, short of using
VBA code to manipulate the merge result.
