Mail Merge with Outlook

Trying the mail merge in Word with Outlook, when I select contacts folders, I
am asked for a profile. I am stuck here ... if I select "new", I see my
name, but eventually get a unrecoverable error message, "the .DLL file is
either damaged or could not be found".
