Hello. I am trying to use the mail merge function of Word with a small
envelope. (4 Bar = 5.125 by 3.625.) I know for a fact that my printer WILL
print on that size of envelope. It has worked well with Mountaincow software
on envelopes of that size.
However, when I enter the custom size... it says the minimum size I can
enter is 6.14" on the longest size.
I know that I can simply pick a slightly larger size and move my margins
around to make it fit... but that doesn't fix the problem because I also need
to e-mail a PDF of the envelopes before I print them and I don't want them to
look off-center. I think it will confuse my customers.
Are there any recent fixes to this problem?
