Mail Merge Word Doc: How to add PDF attachment

I have a mail merge set up in word however I can't seem to
get it to attach a PDF file to the email.

Any Ideas?

Word simply does not support attachments as part of mail
merge. Doug Robbins has an article on the mvps.org/word site
that explains one way to set this up using VBA.
