Mail Merge

I am trying to figure out how to do a mail merge from outlook. I know you
are supposed to go to tools and got to letters and mailings. However,
letters and mailings is not an option on the tools menu. Can somebody help
please?

Is Word installed? And is it the SAME version as Outlook?

Yes, both are 2003.

Are you going to the Tools -> Letters and Mailing menu in Word or in
Outlook? Mail Merge is a function of Word.
