Mail Merge

Shelley

I have a form to which I have attached a mail merge.
When I merge to a new document, the formatting is not
intact - the lines wrap and I cannot figure a way to
insert the information without experiencing this problem.

This has happened with both Windows XP/ Word XP and
Windows XP / Word 2000.

Any ideas?

Thanks
Shelley

Inevitably if you put a form field in line with text, it will grow to
accommodate the text that is entered into the field, which in turn will push
other text out of the way. The only way round this is to fix the space
available for the text by using a table cell of fixed proportions.
