Mail Merge

The mail merge option is not available under Tools on the
menu. I have used it in the past on an older computer and
know how to create documents, but there is not even an
option to get me started here.

How do I load the Mail Merge option under Tools?

Tools|Customize|Commands, select category All Commands, locate Mailmerge or
MailMergeHelper in the list on the right and drag it to your Tools menu.
