mail merge

I do not have a mail merge opton listed in the tool tab
on my tool bar in Word 2000.
Any suggestions?

I have the same problem only different. I'm running Windows XP Pro with multiple accounts. My wife's account has mail merge on Word 2000 but I don't. Have you heard of a solution

The mail merge option can be found by going to Tools, Mail Merge, and then mail merge wizrd. The system will then prompt you to take the steps in completing the merge.

Use Tools|Customize|Commands, select category All Commands, and locate and
drag Mail Merge... from the command list to your menu.
