mail merge

I have written a novel. Each chapter is saved in a different document. How do I create a mail merge list that will print all 50 chapters in the correct order so I don't have to send them all to the printer by hand?

I don't have to send them all to the printer by hand?I think you misunderstand what mail merge is: it's a way to create letters,
envelopes or labels that are "personalized" for each person in an address list. Or
a similar task. It can't do what you describe.

You're looking for a way to simply print all 50 in one go? How about viewing them
in Windows Explorer, clicking the first, hold SHIFT, click the last. Right-click
in the group and choose "Print". Then go eat dinner :)

Obviously not a mail merge.

Could she create a master document, with each chapter a
sub-document? or do as you describe and then save as one
document?
