Mail Merge

When I am in a form that has fields that I want to
populate, I click "Open Data Source" and choose my Access
Database and then choose the form for "CONTACTS". But,
when I go to choose the recipients I get a message that
says "If you choose to edit the data source, Word will
break the link to MASTERDATABASE.mdb. In breaking the
link your mail merge data source will no longer be
automatically updated when you make changes to MASTER
DATABASE.mdb in the future."

What am I doing wrong?
