Mail Merge

Hi,

I'm using mail merge for a large amount of letter heads and the "town/
city" colum is not appearing in the letter.
any advice?

I assume that you are using the Address Block. Instead of doing that, just
insert the individual merge fields that you want to use in the configuration
that you want them.
