Mail Merge

When I mail merge my Outlook contacts on to labels they look ok on screen and
are in the box area for each address.
When I print them some over lap onto two labels. Why is this as all the
procedures are correct.

Make sure that in the Zoom section of the Print dialog, the "Scale to paper
size" is set to No Scaling. Also, that you do not have a header or footer
in your Normal.dot tempate.
