I looking for a code that will automatically
choose "only selected contacts" & "existing document" when
doing a mail merge from outlook to word. Please help! thnx

I think you should ask this in an OUTLOOK newsgroup, as it
has to do with the Outlook object model. And when people see
only "mail merge" in the subject line, they'll probably think
your question is Word-specific and may not read what you're
asking.
