Mail Merge

Hi,
I'm new to MS Office 2003 Pro. I'm trying to do a mail merge to mailing
labels. But when ever I select the data source (Outlook Contacts folder) I
get this message "Microsoft Office Word - Unable to obtain list of tables
from the data source"

Any idea what's going on and how I can select the data from Outlook
Contacts?

Thanks

More info;

If I export my Contacts to an Access file the mail merge works fine.

Did you upgrade from a prior version of Office? If yes, then the Outlook
Address Book service may be missing. Under Tools->Email
Accounts->Directories->View or Change, do you see the Outlook Address Book
service listed? If no, then back up one step and add it.

Also, ensure that you have your contact folder marked for use as an Address
Book. Right click, select Properties, and on the Address Book tab, ensure
this setting is active.

Hi, Milly

I checked my settings and everything is as you described. I'm still getting
the same message as described in my first message no matter how I change the
settings.

Thanks
