You have two kinds of addresses - mail and property. So you need to
distinguish between them. How do you do this? Are they in separate tables
or in same table with a flag? How do you relate the mail to the property
adresses?

Post your table structure - table and field names with data type.

I have an access data base and in the data base I have the property address
and the owner name and their mailing address I am doing the letter in word...
I can do the letter and get each property address as well as owner info but I
wanted to put all of the property address to each owner on one letter rather
than multiples
