Mail Merger

Hello,

I have created a label mail merge in Word 2003 and pulled the data from
Excel 2003, once I have merged the data the is know data output but yet there
are 3 pages of labels.

Please advise,

Mr. Mayor,

1st sorry about the duplicate post, when I realized the mailmerger option I
posted again without thinking.

However, I have attempted the options that would apply to me, which was the
settings for excel via the toolbar options, general tab in Word. All other
settings listed that applied were all ok. Nevertheless the problem was not
resolved.

If you merge to a new document - is that document blank?

Sorry for the delay on getting back to you question. Yes when I do a new doc
it is blank.

e-mail me your merge document to the link on my web site and a small sample
of the data file (you can change the names in the data sample if they are
business sensitive)
