I am trying to keep track of members in an association. We are tracking
mailing address and photos of the members. Where is the best place to store
this information all together? If I keep address information in Outlook
there is a place for a photo, however you cannot print the photo in Outlook
nor can you export it or mail merge the photo in Word. There is no field for
it.
I also have not figured out how to store the photo in excel with that
record. Pictures dont stay. Help
