Mail Merging Problems Word 2007

When I mail merge to email recipients I loose the margins and page borders I
have set up in Word 2007 in the original document. How can I fix this?

Hi Julie -

Mail Merge to email converts the content to HTML which has no recognition of
margins or Borders... IOW, it isn't the same as emailing an *attachment* of
the document. If you want it to be delivered as intended yur best bet is to
send a PDF instead of a doc attachment or as email message content.

BTW - you've posted to the newsgroup for Mac Word. If you need some
