mail merging xl rows..!

hi!

can i mail merge the following xl data into word documents to 3
persons
A, B, & C only related rows of data to them.?

NAME DATE ORDERED ALLOTTED
A 6/1/2009 20 15
B 6/2/2009 10 5
A 6/3/2009 25 20
C 6/4/2009 10 5
B 6/5/2009 5 0

You can use Word's Catalogue/Directory Mailmerge facility for this (the terminolgy depends on the Word version). To see how, check
