mail message title

very very irritating problem...

We are trying to send out a newsletter using the "send mail" option in
publisher. After sending out the mail... a client tells me that when he puts
his mouse over the contents of the mail, a text box pops up with a piece of
text from the actual mail.

I sent it to myself and chose to view source. I found this line:
title=" √ Strengthening the L..."

The strengthening text is what pops up when the mouse is over the mail
contents.

How do I get rid of this?

Please help... we need to send out this newsletter to 2000 people ASAP.
